NECTAR, a libation meant to subvert death. Nectar elicits wonder, intoxication, and desire. Bring us your work reflecting on pleasure, consumption, indulgence, mortality, the sensual, the felt, the cloying. Grounded in mythology, the divine, and the spiritual, nectar is about resilience and pollination, transformation into honey, defying death. Taste nectar on your lips and write about it. - Poetry: Up to four poems may be submitted for consideration.
- Fiction: Please submit one fiction piece at a time. Ideally each fiction submission will fall under 4,000 words.
